Fume extraction systems from Kemper

Fume extraction systems for welding fumes

KEMPER has been supplying fume extraction systems since 1977, making them pioneers in extraction and filtration technology for welding fumes. The range includes mobile, stationary and centralised fume extraction systems to capture welding fumes.

The stationary systems are suitable for one or two workstations. The fume extraction systems can be installed on a wall or a pillar above the welding workstations. With an additional extension, the reach of the extraction arm of the fume extraction system can be extended, offering a great deal of flexibility for the welder when working.

Stationary fume extraction systems are available with disposable filters, cleanable filters or without any filters at all. The stationary welding fume filter is a device with disposable filters. It has a filtration area of 15.8 m2, and additional pre-filters to prolong the service life of the main filter. The stationary electrostatic filter can be cleaned manually, making it suitable for extracting dust that contains a small amount of oil. The stationary cartridge filter has an automatic filter cleaning system and is therefore particularly suited to long-term use where there are large amounts of dust and fumes.
